Please note that this year, Jr. Camp will serve students entering grades 4 - 9 in the fall
Also, please note that the week of camp will not be concurrent with Teen Camp for 2024 (visit www.ccucteencamp for more info).

Registration Checklist
1. Complete and Sign Online Registration Form
2. Pay for Camp (Online payment only)
$370 Register by June 1st
$390 Register between June 1st and July 15th
3. Click Here for Prescription Medication Form (if applicable)
* Please pack all prescription medication and the above form in a zip-lock bag.
Both items will be collected at camp by our first aid counselor.
(OTC medication does not require a form)

Transportation
Transportation will be provided to and from Phantom Ranch via bus from the following two sites:
DEPARTURE on Monday, August 5th, 2024
CCUC - Chinatown | 7:30 AM check-in
Please arrive for check-in at 8:00-8:15am, buses depart 8:30am

If there are specific reasons why a camper must be dropped off or picked up directly at Phantom Ranch on Monday or Saturday, please contact the directors.
